The new season is now underway for the North Berwick Colts Under 9s (P4). New players are welcome as ever!

The Under 9s are taking part in two leagues this season:

the East of Scotland (ESSDA) 'Maradona' 7-a-side league, on Sundays; and

the East Lothian (ELSSDA) series of 4-a-side mini-tournaments, on Saturdays.

For each Sunday (7-a-side) game, David will select the squad and let parents know on the Monday before the game. If selected, please let David know by 8pm on the Wednesday whether your child is available.

For the Saturday (4-a-side) games, could parents of all players please use the Huffin Puffins website to show which Saturdays your child would be able to play (even if they usually play on Sundays). Please ask David if you don't have the password. This is just to make sure we have enough players (we need at least 12) and, if not, to let us arrange for some of those playing on the Sunday to come along too.

Please note that taking children to and from the matches is the responsibility of parents.

Training is currently at the astroturf at the High School on a Thursday evening, 6-7p.m. In the summer, we will move to the Recreation Park. All are welcome.

Shin pads and appropriate footwear (boots, basically) are essential for games and training. For games, black shorts and socks are preferred if at all possible - tops will be provided.
